Welcome to St. Rose of Lima Catholic Academy. My name is Tracy Alarcon, and I am the principal of this wonderful school. I am both proud and blessed to have the opportunity to lead this school and work with such an exceptional staff, devoted parents, and endearing children. Each year, as a community, we commit ourselves to educate each child to his or her fullest potential and to be a leader in Catholic education.

This year we have joined the team of Expeditionary Learning. This educational journey will inspire the motivation to learn, engage teachers, and students in new levels of focus and effort, and where students and adults become leaders of their own learning. We provide a model that challenges students – even those starting with low skill levels – with high-level tasks and active roles in the classroom.

Each year we challenge ourselves to provide each child with rigorous academics, a nurturing community, to advance the truth of our Catholic faith, and to reinforce the family environment. Catholic education is truly an investment in the future of our children.
